Investments
We can deploy capital into these business models through all segments of the debt structure including senior lines, junior debt, mezzanine debt, subordinated debt, and working capital lines of credit. We can also provide start-up capital and growth equity. Our equity investments are typically made in early stages prior to Private Equity rounds of capital.
Investors
We work with high net worth individuals and institutional investors to accomplish their investment goals. Our investors are typically looking to commit funds for three to five years. Returns range depending on the investors appetite for risk and can be fixed or variable based on the structure of the investment.
