Rapid Fund I, LLC – Active 2019 to Current
Rapid Fund I, LLC (RFI) is the first fund that Rapid Investments will be structuring for private placement into the portfolio companies through an official fund structure. RFI is structured as an open $50 million debt fund which will be used to source private investment through secured promissory notes. The proceeds will be used to provide capital to support the portfolio growth of GC2 (the second portfolio built under the Go Capital brand) by providing both leverage on the portfolio assets and working capital to support origination’s growth. The fund is structured to provide investors with an initial blended return of 11% across four tranches of debt issued on related but separate secured promissory notes with fixed rates ranging between 8% and 18% APR. We will post quarterly and annual results for Rapid Fund I, LLC in this area of the site as those results become available. We anticipate the first results posted will be for Q3 2019.
